We are seeking a skilled Remote Hiring & HR Assistant to support our team in recruiting and onboarding top talent for multiple positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates, as well as assisting with HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is experienced in hiring and HR processes, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for various positions across the organization
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Assist with onboarding new hires and handling HR-related documentation
• Maintain and update candidate records and HR databases
• Communicate with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hiring, recruiting, or HR-related roles
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools and HR software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
