Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Director for Visayas and Mindanao will lead and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to support high-volume hiring needs within a dynamic call center environment. This role will drive strategic initiatives, enhance recruitment efficiency, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet the staffing demands across multiple sites. The Director will focus on building a sustainable and innovative recruitment framework, optimizing sourcing channels, and leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to attract top talent in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the talent acquisition strategy for volume hiring, aligned with the company’s growth objectives for Visayas and Mindanao.
- Drive data-driven decision-making to forecast hiring needs, track metrics, and optimize recruitment processes.
- Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters and sourcers, setting clear performance goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring career growth opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
- Volume Hiring Execution:
- Manage high-volume hiring campaigns to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of agents, supervisors, and support staff.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, partnerships, and social media to attract large pools of qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with operations, workforce management, and HR teams to understand specific hiring needs, timelines, and volume targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and proactive solutions to address recruitment challenges.
- Process Optimization and Technology:
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows, interview processes, and candidate assessments to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Utilize technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms, to streamline high-volume recruitment and track key performance metrics.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Champion employer branding initiatives in Visayas and Mindanao, showcasing the company’s values and culture to attract talent.
- Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience, from application to onboarding, aligned with the company’s values.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure hiring processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and regular updates to leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a high-volume hiring environment within the BPO/Call Center industry.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment teams, achieving volume hiring targets, and driving process improvements.
- Strong understanding of the Visayas and Mindanao talent markets, including sourcing channels, cultural nuances, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
