Job Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Manpower (TPM) Hiring and Termination: Manage the hiring process for third-party manpower, ensuring that candidates meet operational needs and align with organizational standards. Coordinate with relevant departments to identify TPM requirements and provide recommendations on hiring. Handle the termination process for TPM, ensuring compliance with labor laws and documentation of reasons for termination. Liaise with third-party providers to ensure timely replacement of personnel, if needed.
  • Employee Dining Services: Assist in managing the daily operations of employee dining facilities, ensuring meal quality and compliance with health and safety standards. Respond to employee feedback regarding the dining experience and collaborate with vendors to address concerns.
  • Uniform Management: Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and maintenance of employee uniforms. Assist in forecasting uniform needs and ensuring adequate stock levels. Liaise with uniform vendors for procurement, repairs, and replacements as needed.
  • Locker and Property Management: Oversee the allocation and maintenance of employee lockers, ensuring proper issuance and record-keeping. Address any locker-related concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and updates.
  • Employee Clinic: Support the daily operations of on-site employee clinics, ensuring they are stocked with essential supplies. Coordinate with health providers to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with health regulations. Assist in maintaining medical records in line with confidentiality and legal requirements.
  • Employee Sleeping Lounges and Rest Areas: Monitor the cleanliness and functionality of employee sleeping lounges and rest areas. Ensure these areas are well-maintained and available for employees as needed.
  • Nameplate Management: Coordinate the timely creation and distribution of employee nameplates. Maintain an organized system for managing nameplate requests, replacements, and updates.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Employee Services team, including managing records, processing invoices, and tracking expenses. Prepare reports on employee services usage and feedback for management review. Assist in coordinating employee feedback surveys and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all employee services adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or inspections related to employee services.
  • Employee Engagement: Help promote and improve employee engagement by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist in organizing initiatives and activities to enhance employee satisfaction with provided services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or a similar role, with experience in managing third-party manpower (TPM).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on resolving employee and TPM issues effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
