Overview: The Sales Partnerships Lead will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of FMCG companies and their distributors, including executives and on-ground agents/fleets to drive collaboration and mutual success.

What you will do:

  • Lead negotiations and contract development processes with FMCG partners and their distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements that align with the business objectives.
  • Achieve GTV, active rate, penetration, and adoption rate targets for the year
  • Cross-selling of relevant SME products as needed based on company directions
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives and key programs in the area
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the FMCG industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.

What we are looking for:

  • 4-year course College Graduate;
  • Experience in Acquiring and Acceptance business is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnerships within the FMCG industry
  • Keen on Data Analysis and Strategic Executions;
  • Adept on Microsoft platforms (with experiences on BRM/CRM Platforms such as Salesforce/Hubspot);
  • Knowledgeable on API Integrations and Cost-to-Sales Revenue Computation;
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Team Collaboration Skills;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and High Self-confidence;
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven with a proven record of accomplishment.
