Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Revenue and Reservations at Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery. The Director will be responsible for managing revenue recognition, overseeing financial aspects, analyzing sales data, and optimizing revenue strategies to drive business growth in Manila.

Qualifications

  • Produce and analyze current and historical demand including lost business turndown, rooms on the books, competitive set and market trends to aid in more accurate forecasting

Analytical Skills, Revenue Recognition, Finance, and Accounting skills

  • Provides analysis of demand factors, competitive positioning and future outlook and trends
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in revenue management or related roles
  • Certifications in Revenue Management or Finance are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and Opera Cloud/V5
