Job Title: Rollout Manager - Rectifier and Lithium-ion Battery Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Rollout Manager to oversee the deployment of rectifier and lithium-ion battery projects for key clients, PLDT and Smart. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, customer communications, and compliance with both PLDT and Smart’s operational standards. This role requires a proactive leader who has a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, customer service, and the technical aspects of rectifiers and lithium-ion batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement detailed rollout plans for rectifier and lithium-ion battery installations.

• Coordinate logistics, materials, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay aligned with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for PLDT and Smart, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

• Understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular project updates with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

3. Process Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all rollout activities comply with PLDT and Smart’s processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify that installations meet technical specifications and operational guidelines.

4. Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead and manage teams involved in the rollout, including contractors, suppliers, and internal staff.

• Conduct training sessions on project requirements and safety procedures for team members.

• Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, promoting accountability and high performance.

5. Risk Management and Problem Solving:

• Identify potential risks to the project timeline or budget and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Address any operational challenges, including resource shortages, technical issues, or site restrictions.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and post-installation summaries to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in telecom project rollout or infrastructure projects, specifically with rectifiers and lithium-ion battery installations.

• Proven experience managing customer relationships and understanding the processes of both PLDT and Smart.

• Strong knowledge of telecom power systems, including rectifiers, batteries, and related technologies.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols for telecom infrastructure.

• Experience using project management software and tools.

• A proactive approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality assurance.
