Position Overview:
We are seeking a Systems and Automations Specialist to manage a variety of platforms and systems for both internal (Chris M. James business) and external client projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing WordPress, Elementor, ConvertKit, ClickUp, Honeybook, and more. This role involves coordinating across multiple systems to ensure the seamless flow of content, data management, and website functionality.

Responsibilities:
Go High Level:
Develop and manage workflows, triggers, and automated chatbot functionalities specifically for social media integration.
Handle data transfers and migrations across platforms as needed.

ConvertKit (Kit Visual Automation):
Set up and manage advanced visual automation, sequences, and tagging for streamlined client engagement.
Optimize email sequences for enhanced communication.

Skool:
Establish and maintain workflows for course and membership areas to ensure a seamless user experience.

Zapier:
Integrate various platforms and tools, creating automated workflows to improve efficiency and data flow between systems.

Google Products:
Google Analytics: Track and analyze website performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
Google Drive: Organize and manage files, ensuring secure, easy access for team and client documents.

ClickUp:
Develop and refine project management workflows and task assignments to maintain clear and timely task progression.

Slack:
Coordinate updates, track tasks, and facilitate smooth team communication through Slack.

Expectations:
Weekly Hours: Average of 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours depending on workload.
Timely Delivery: Consistent completion of automation tasks and workflows according to project timelines.
Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in all automation steps, triggers, and workflows to align with business goals.
System Expertise: Demonstrate strong skills in automation processes, integrations, and creating efficient workflows.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication via Slack and ClickUp for project updates and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
Experience with Go High Level, ConvertKit (Kit Visual Automations), Skool, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Slack.
Proficiency in automation best practices and data-driven workflow management.
Strong troubleshooting skills for integration issues.
ScoreApp is a plus
Working Hours:
15 hours per week (could be 20 hours).
Monthly payout on the 30th.
Advance notice of any time off to adjust schedules accordingly.

Project Management: ClickUp for timelines, task management, and workflow.
Communication: Slack for team and client communication.
File Sharing: Google Drive for organized file management.
Video/Transcripts: Descript for editing, Rev.com for transcripts.
Graphics/Editing: Canva or Adobe for creating graphics.
