Job Summary:

The Account Director is responsible in helping Business Leaders by spearheading key projects for brands within the business group-accounts, creative and planning partners.

The Account Director shall ensure that all requirements and processes are accomplished and complied to in all assigned projects and brands. He/She shall work with the Business Lead and cross-functional teams in achieving targets and deliverables and ensure that day-to-day operational requirements are smooth and glitch free.

The Account Director should be passionate about finding ways to grow brand partners and must have a good understanding of the organization’s available products. Should be hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical and highly motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from client brief to final requirement delivery, execution and monitoring.
  • Ensure that correct materials are delivered, and that the mandatory requirements of the projects are complied with guaranteeing quality assurance.
  • Ensure timely billing of the project
  • Lead a working process that is efficient, profitable and consistently delivers products that exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams in the development of solutions to client problems.
  • Contribute to the identification of incremental projects, new portfolio assignments and new business.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Advertising or Marketing; Experience in the ad agency industry is preferred but not required.
  • With experience through the line including ATL and Digital.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing people and teams.
