Our partner, Australia’s leading provider of premium end-to-end health solutions to support businesses and people in restoring their physical & mental health, is growing their team and looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Administrator! They are founded in 2001 with a vision to bring high-quality and compassionate rehabilitation services into the market.

The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a key role in cultivating a positive work culture and enriching the employee experience. In this position, you will support stakeholders by aligning company values with operational practices, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This role reports directly to the Manager based in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist on administration tasks for end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating Letters of Engagement, ensuring accurate award classification, issuing contracts, and managing onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain employee files, ensuring compliance documentation and signed contracts are properly saved.
  • Oversee the careers inbox, forwarding applications to recruiters based on job requirements and handling candidate rejections professionally.
  • Manage reference checking, referring interested candidates to the appropriate recruiter.
  • Conduct monthly candidate experience surveys, communicate with new hires, and coordinate gift card distribution for eligible participants with the Talent Optimization Consultant.
  • Route candidate referrals to recruiters and track them in the Recruitment Spreadsheet.
  • Perform compliance checks, including verifications, and initiate police checks for candidates.
  • Help in designing interactive training modules tailored to specific organizational needs, collaborating with management to meet learning and development objectives.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Someone with previous experience in the same capacity will be ideal; Australian experience will be preferred
  • Excellent English Language communication skills and comfortable in taking phone calls as necessary
  • Exceptional eye for details
  • Demonstrated capability in using tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable, able toearn trust and credibility quickly.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and independently.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding business information.
  • Always represent the business in a confident and positive manner.
