The Design Management Assistant/Associate Mixed-Use Projects assists the Design Management Lead and Project team in the coordination and collaboration of internal and external design consultants, engineers, and business units. Their duties encompass

monitoring the design process, facilitating effective communication, assisting with joint design reviews of architectural and engineering packages, and the production of drawings, studies, or presentations to aid the project team in achieving successful

project outcomes.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PLANNING AND DESIGN

> To assist in the on-time delivery of quality masterplans and conceptual plans for the projects that are due for launch based on project line-up.

> To monitor project milestones and upload plans, design schemes and other requirements as prerequisites into Project Dashboards.

> To produce plans, drawings, presentations, documents, and other materials to support the project as called for during various stages of the planning and design process.

DESIGN REVIEW AND STANDARDIZATION COMPLIANCE

> To assist in performing design reviews of architectural and engineering packages.

> To assist in coordinating with cost planning per project phase and aligning with Business Development Team, as per budget allocation.

> Preparation of studies as per annual goals/strategic objectives in improving design and process standards of SPI.

> Process documentation and archiving of technical documents, continuously updating and improving the document management system.

PROJECT MONITORING AND COORDINATION

> Assist in coordination with design consultants and projects assigned to the team.

> Attend meetings, track project progress and milestones, and determine and communicate the requirements of the projects at each stage.

> Effectively communicate relevant project information to Design Leads and Team Heads
