About The Role
The Digital Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end execution of the digital marketing strategy via our main direct channel, the Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand brand websites, with a focus on B2B activities.
This role will work closely with wider SSG marketing and information technology staff to ensure the delivery of on-brand, integrated digital experiences, campaigns, content and lead generation; and collaborate with cross-functional sales and marketing teams and staying aligned to the local brand positioning are pivotal aspects of this role.
In addition, the role will also be responsible for building post-launch content performance report and providing insights to help optimise performance, meet KPIs and drive engagement.

About The Role

The role will be assigned the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the Canon brand websites - execute a well-planned calendar of activity balancing between BAU content updates, promotional campaign and new product launches;
- Manage or participate in website related projects from conception through to delivery;
- Ensure content meets the brand and content/ image guidelines;
- Manage changes as requested by stakeholders in a timely manner;
- Proactive liaison with stakeholders to ensure programs, and campaigns are delivered on time;
- Implementation, maintenance and optimisation of marketing technology platform (Preezie quiz, Switftype, Metalocator);
- Elevate and maintain all digital assets to a high level of accessibility compliance;
- Contribute to SEO effort by implementing On-page SEO content updates;
- Continuously explore ways to drive efficiency;
- Own site processes and ensuring quality/ up to date/ error free work;
- Q/A testing of new content, website components and features;
- Update the Edge Plus Business Partner Portal as per stakeholders' requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- High level of attention to detail and task completion / organisational skills
- A great collaborator - enjoys working with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in content management systems (CMS) - preferably Sitecore or other CMS allowing the management of multiple page versions
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS an advantage
- Experience in workflow management and collaboration tools - Jira and Confluence an advantage
- Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills
- Highly adaptive, agile, and open minded with the ability to rapidly operate new platforms.
- Google Analytics knowledge
- Photography knowledge an advantage
- GA4 and Looker Studio (desired but not required
