Responsibilities:

  • Acts as company representative to ensure effective communication and coordination between various government agencies, private entities and offices.
  • Liaise with government institutions and organizations for the permits needed by clients.
  • Process government permits and licenses in relation to business registration, building permit, occupancy permit, DOLE, etc.
  • Ensure permits and records are regularly updated and renewed
  • Monitor and update the company regularly on the status of any applications for business registrations, visas, and other permits and licenses.
  • Responds to queries and complaints.
  • Perform admin functions such as documentation, printing, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist in other areas/functions that may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity on documentation process of Business Registration (SEC, LGU, BIR, DTI), DOLE, Building permit, occupancy permit, etc.
  • At least 1 year of work related experience
  • Possess a 4- year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication or Marketing (preferred but not required)
  • Willing to do field work
  • Good Organizational Skills, Good Inter Personal Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Productivity, Dependability
  • Can start ASAP.
