WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
- Operational Support: Help manage daily operations to ensure smooth processes. Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and deliver services on time. Ensure tasks are completed according to company policies and deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the team for high performance. Assist and train team members in solving operational problems. Monitor performance and give regular feedback for growth.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure operations meet company policies and legal standards. Monitor quality and ensure services meet expectations. Work with management to maintain risk and compliance checks.
- Reporting: Create and analyze reports to present to senior management. Track performance and suggest improvements. Provide insights on operational challenges and successes.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations. Resolve complex issues and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to align on priorities.
- · Project Support: Assist in managing and executing projects on time and within budget. Coordinate resources and timelines with the HR Operations Manager.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in operations management or a similar role within a shared service or multi-functional environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- ·Expertise: Adept in operations management and stakeholder management. Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously. Has a background in supporting Agile and Design Thinking projects.
- Amenable to Deployment: Must be willing to work within the JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Shared Services Arm (Aspen Business Solutions Inc.)
