We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes and procedures.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support overall business objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the use and functionality of neuromodulation wearable devices.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role, preferably within the medical device or neurotechnology industry.
  • Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using operational and CRM software; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
