Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creation of procedures to ensure compliance with accounting guidelines and company policies
• Trains staff in work procedures, recommends discipline as required
• Assures compliance with government reportorial requirements such as BIR fillings. Provide supporting documents during audits
• Liaising with local and national government agencies
• Keep track of receivables, send SOA and make follow ups to various customers
• Prepare and monitor accounts payable vouchers. Posts data to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and
• procedures. Make/correct journal entries in assigned
• areas
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost data. Provide analysis and review of weekly revenue and expenses. Coordinates with project team the necessary information to highlight projects opportunities for improvements and assist in budget preparation process
• Prepare and submit to head office the control cash liquidation of the project and monthly bank account reconciliation
• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation, input analysis and processing of weekly and monthly payroll data
• Audit lead during inventory count. Prepare & submit inventory analysis report
• Maintains Fixed asset subsidiary ledger
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving differences
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as required
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of total accounting experience
• At least 1 year as an Accounting Supervisor
• Has 1-2 years of experience in people management
• Proficient in Accounting software like Odoo or SAP
• Knowledgeable in GAAP
• Ability to create and present reports on a timely basis
• Detail-Oriented
• Tech-Savvy
• Up-to-date with the regulations of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Willing to work in Pasig City
  
  
  

Advantageous but not required:

CPA License

Knowledge in using Odoo Software

Construction industry experience

Auditing experience
