Position Summary

The Employee Engagement Officer is responsible for creating a positive and motivating workplace culture. The role involves designing and implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement across the organization and ensure that employees are connected and aligned with Helpware Core Values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative employee engagement programs and events that promote team bonding, workplace satisfaction, and motivation.
  • Responsible for the design, layout, and formatting of a variety of creative projects, including Floor Branding, PowerPoint decks, event posters and video clips.
  • Plans, recommends, and implements major and minor engagement activities to all programs being covered including program specific level events.
  • Maintains annual/bi-annual calendar of employee activities with events charted and planned out well in advance.
  • Come up with necessary procedures to ensure that engagement plans are well organized and executed.
  • Develop activities that cater to employees of all groups, ensuring inclusivity and diversity in engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with different programs to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement of employee experience.
  • Assists the HR Business Partner and Operations Manager on all corporate communications
  • Facilitates Live Streaming assistance to programs with scheduled events such as town halls, strategic plans, client initiated events, program launches, etc.
  • Assist in developing and maintain Rewards and Recognition programs/reporting
  • Works with different point persons across business units and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable with any graphics and editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Canva, Filmora and the like.
  • Proficient with MS Offices (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Has attention to details and has basic project management skills
  • Experience with engagements and its related field is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in an accurate, clear, concise and persuasive manner and present reports to a large audience.
  • Ability to listen attentively and lead a conversation.
  • Ability to conduct follow-up, review actions and timelines.
