4. Experience hiring for US Travel Nurses position is an advantage.

6. Exposure to ATS and other recruiting software preferred
7. Metric-Driven: Use data and KPIs to guide decisions and track performance.

Summary:
As a Healthcare Recruitment Team Leader, you will oversee and guide a team in screening and recruiting healthcare professionals using leads from tele-recruiting efforts and company databases. Your role will involve developing and nurturing relationships with both candidates and client facilities, ensuring that staffing opportunities are effectively coordinated and filled.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decisions and monitor performance effectively.
2. Develop and refine strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
3. Prioritize customer needs and feedback to continually improve their overall experience.
4. Directly oversee and guide the team in making outbound calls to potential healthcare professionals. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards and referrals, to attract top candidates for healthcare positions.
5. Ensure the team effectively communicates assignment and benefits details to candidates throughout the recruitment process to minimize cancellations and ensure a positive experience.
6. Manage and streamline the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and providing resources to facilitate a smooth transition into their new roles.
7. Oversee the placement of qualified candidates with existing and new clients on a national scale. Ensure active sourcing and maintenance of a current candidate database to meet client needs.
8. Foster and develop professional relationships with healthcare recruiters, acting as a key career counselor and placement advisor throughout their tenure with the company.
9. Supervise the negotiation of contract terms, including employment offers, salary, benefits, and agreements between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and organizational budget constraints.
10. Address and resolve employment issues as they arise, escalating matters when necessary to ensure effective resolution.
11. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational goals. Provide expert guidance on defining job descriptions and candidate profiles.
12. Implement sales strategies tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals to enhance recruitment efforts and achieve goals.
13. Monitor and ensure that team members meet and exceed daily quotas and recruitment targets as outlined.
14. Oversee and ensure thorough reference verification processes are conducted for all candidates.
15. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of evolving recruitment trends, tools, and techniques within the healthcare industry.
16. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management to support overall recruitment operations.
