Job Summary:

The position is created to facilitate the company to plans and objectives through expanding base clients and bringing new customers to the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identify sales prospects, conducts telemarketing, research, & site visit to translate prospects into leads
2. Maintain and expand the database of prospect clients
3. Conduct research and submit service proposal to clients
4. Participate in project briefing, project pitch/ the bidding and similar meetings with potential client
5. Design and develop strategies to ensure the achievement of given sales targets on an annual basis (productivity and income)
6. Prepare, present and submit business proposal and service agreement to client
7. Monitor sales performance on a monthly basis
8. Recommend programs that will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the operations and the team
9. Coordinate with account management team to ensure quality and on time project delivery
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned

Minimum Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years of experience in the same field. Proficient in business presentation and client prospecting. Must have above average communication skills in both verbal and written English. Result oriented and with existing network in different industries. With goodt negotiation skills. Must be computer literate.
