About Us:
We are a leading remote childcare placement agency seeking an Experienced Virtual Assistant to support our marketing, recruitment, and analytics efforts. This dynamic role combines marketing expertise with recruitment support and data-driven insights in a fully-remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct executive support to the Marketing Director, including inbox and calendar management, responding to requests, and handling high level administrative tasks
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, Facebook , and Google Ads
- Create and schedule engaging social media content using Metricool and Canva
- Draft weekly blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters using FloDesk & Mailchimp
- Support ongoing recruitment efforts to attract quality childcare provider candidates
- Compile and analyze weekly metrics from various platforms, including Google Analytics
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and list management
- Perform data analytics to identify trends in recruitment, marketing effectiveness, and candidate quality
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Freelance Virtual Assistant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools (Canva, Metricool)
- Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly FloDesk and Mailchimp
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience in using Google Analytics and other data tracking platforms
- Experience in marketing, recruitment, or related fields
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
- Background in childcare, education, or family services
- Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Asana, Hubspot)
- Advanced skills in graphic design or video editing
- Additional languages, especially Spanish or Mandarin
Job Details:
Full-time, remote position (30-40 hours/week) in Central Time Zone.
$8-9 USD per hour
