In this role, you will play a key role in attracting, screening, and onboarding talent to meet our clients’ staffing needs. You will work closely with our HR team and clients to craft impactful job ads, engage with potential candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Job Postings: Create and manage job listings across multiple job boards and platforms to attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their specific requirements, helping to tailor job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit with job criteria.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process between candidates and hiring teams.
- Offer Management: Assist with offer negotiations, employment contract preparation, and onboarding processes in line with company and client policies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and build a network of potential candidates to fill current and future roles efficiently.
- ATS Management: Leverage ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment progress, and maintain organized records.
- Client Updates: Regularly communicate with clients regarding recruitment status, trends, and potential talent gaps.
- Daily Tasks: Review and update job listings, screen incoming applications, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Weekly Tasks: Meet with clients to discuss recruitment updates and job specifications, conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates, and maintain the ATS database with updated candidate information.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, particularly for high-volume roles; property management industry experience is a plus.
- ATS Proficiency: Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho, Bamboo HR, BreezyHR, etc.
- Job Platform Expertise: Knowledgeable in major online job platforms, including LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and candidates.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
- Experience with various interview styles (e.g., structured, competency-based).
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and emerging recruitment technologies.
