Job Purpose

Reviews and approves accounts for booking in order to implement account in the system and be able to disburse funds to client. The incumbent also ensures implementation and delivery of accounts received from date of approval to implementation according to standard turn-around time.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews client submitted loan documents to ensure appropriate and correct requirements for different natures of business
  • Evaluates performance of Fulfilment Support Associates through daily accomplished tasks
  • Monitors accounts received and accounts pending daily to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Updates status of accounts in the database for proper monitoring and tagging of account
  • Approves and signs bank documents and certifications prepared by Fulfilment Associates to ensure detail accuracy.
  • Reviews details of credit approval to validate system setup of booked account.
  • Coaches and mentors Fulfilment Support Associates to identify areas of performance wherein one can improve and develop.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4 yr course
  • At least 3 yrs. relevant work experience in financial services industry
  • Knowledge in loan booking and documentation, business banking products, tax governing policies and handling of data privacy.
  • Skills: MS Office and internal banking system, organizational skills and proficient verbal and written communication.
