We have a unique opportunity for you to join us as our Lead Learning Consultant in Client Services. In this role, you will play an essential role in our transformational journey and in supporting SimCorp's efforts to “stand out” as an employer of choice through our global learning and development programs.
You will work with our Learning Architects to establish a Client Services Learning Organization, collaborating with Client Services leadership teams, People Business Partners, Education Services, the Learning Organization in SimCorp’s Product Division, and our global Talent and Enablement team. You will also work with the broader People and Culture team to support our People Experience and what we want to be known for as an employer.
This position plays a crucial part in our Learning Organization by providing support, mentorship, and guidance to the creators of our enterprise-wide education programs, which are designed to enhance both business performance and educational outcomes. Furthermore, you will play an essential part in shaping and evolving our Learning Organization concept and developing our learning strategy with the rest of our team of three people based in Poland and Austria.

- Designing and managing learning programs to assist employees in growing, adapting, and thriving, together with Education Services, Learning Owners, and Subject Matter Experts from across our global organization. This includes the design, development, procurement, and execution of first-class learning solutions.
- Collaborating with the learning team to evolve our Learning Organization concept and set the overall strategy for learning in Client Services.
- Developing role-based learning paths for capabilities that improve adaptability and support personal growth journeys aligned with business needs.
- Supporting a culture of learning and development that values open-mindedness, independent learning, and shared growth in alignment and coordination with the rest of SimCorp’s global learning efforts.

- Professional experience in a Learning & Development role or the learning industry, ideally in a global technology, software, or services company.
- Solid background in adult learning principles, experience developing and delivering training programs, and the ability to think strategically and lead change efforts.
- Great communication, collaboration, and servant leadership skills to work effectively with organizational stakeholders.
- A good understanding of behavioral science, data analytics, marketing, learning experience design, and a genuine desire to grow and develop yourself and others.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
