Responsibilities
- Support to clients, including administrative assistance for GES tracker
- Client On-boarding
- Conflict Resolution
- Periodic consultation, feedback gathering, and analysis
- Retention management of Remote Workers
- Identify and pitch for additional staffing
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work-related experience
- With exposure to interacting with global clients
- Preferrable with account management, relationship management, and business development experiences
- Possess strong attributes of the following:
- Communication skills -verbal, written and customer-oriented
- Easily builds rapport with Clients
- Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
- Ensure maximum client satisfaction
