One of the biggest FMCG companies in the Philippines is looking for a Key Accounts Manager who will lead in winning customers and the customers’ consumers. You will be responsible for achieving the volume budget by aligning the company plans with the customers’ priorities. The aim is to achieve targeted profitability through managing product mix, minimizing returns, and optimizing trade spend.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the annual customer business plan of his Customer/s, and lead the Joint Business Planning
  • Conduct regular selling and retail calls
  • Lead in threshing out issues with the customer and in drawing out the solution
  • Lead in the sell-in & negotiation of major business development programs based on sound shopper & category insights
  • Guide the customer in planning out order and inventory patterns
  • Responsible for submitting customer forecasts and ensuring that it is aligned with customer’s commitment
  • Check and help manage inventory in the trade to reduce if not prevent Bad order stocks and cases of expiring products
  • Jointly develop and lead the execution of programs (e.g. promotions/ merchandising drives)
  • Review customers' business strategy and tactics and implement brand and trade programs at the store level.
  • Champion major Category & Customer Business Building programs from conceptualization to implementation
  • Provide indirect coaching to agency representatives who support Sales and the total company
  • Build productive partnerships with the customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related business courses
  • 2+ years of experience in modern trade and account management preferably in the FMCG or food and beverage manufacturing
  • Working knowledge in trade program execution and merchandising
  • Background in trade spend management and negotiations

Work Setup: On-site/Field Sales

Shift Schedule: Day shift, Monday – Friday

Location: Cebu
