The Director Solutioning & Transitions shall
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities, create solution bid plan, work with solution architects to create solution responses, create RFP solution responses, work with operations to create staffing models and provide input into sales presentations
- This role is very hands on and will be required to personally lead the detailed design of the proposed solutions.
- Responsible for designing the solution of the assigned component, estimation (cost & benefits), ensure alignment with customers ask and evaluate alternatives, work with delivery leadership to identify existing offerings, capability overview as well as case studies fit for purpose.
- Responsible for creation of collaterals for the opportunity, work with Finance team on deal commercials and the business case.
- Engage in effective communication with clients to ascertain their needs and assess alternative solutions and strategies.
- Assisting in the design, planning, and execution of programs, managing cost and schedule, addressing risks and issues, and maintaining governance standards while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Serves as a liaison with PMO stateside and various leaders at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines to provide an overall program update. Ensures transition timelines are in coordination with business needs.
- The candidate will be expected to collaborate with business stakeholders, operations/product leaders and executive sponsors to ensure successful project completion.
- Create and manage knowledge management repositories of all solutions, capabilities, frameworks
- Publish Thought papers on solutions relevant for the commercialization organization
- Participate in and Conduct Symposiums, Conferences, Road Shows aligning to Commercialization solutions
- Coordinate with Delivery Leaders to outline and define solution performance & benchmarks and implementation timelines.
- Recruit and retain talent, fostering employee engagement, development, and succession planning.
- Exhibit a collaborative leadership approach, effectively leading and influencing diverse teams.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key internal business stakeholders leaders across multiple countries to ensure successful outcomes keeping clients in mind
- Supervise business managers, nurturing talent for the success of the business.
Qualification
- Graduates having Bachelor degree in a related field with a Masters in Business Administration from a Top Tier Institution.
- Experience in Commercial Outsourcing Services organization or Contact Center Organization (preferably Top 4) in a similar role in the pre-sales and solution space.
- US Healthcare knowledge/experience with AHM-250 Certification is preferred.
Experience
- 10-15 years of professional experience, with 6-8 years hands-on experience managing Healthcare / Solution / Operations organizations.
- 6+ years of people management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively influence solution definition, and decision making across multiple levels of the organization and diverse business & technology groups.
- Experience in managing global stakeholders across geographies.
- Proven Strategic Thinking and People management.
- Deep understanding of healthcare subject areas like contact center and clinical operations
- Experience working with various staffing and pricing models and methodologies.
- Demonstrable ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors, key partners and staff; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; execute with limited information and ambiguity.
- Ability to stay focused and be a versatile standout colleague that is comfortable under pressure.
- Demonstrated and applied experience establishing and delivering complex engagements and extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools and methodologies.
- Expert in MPP – Microsoft Project. Developing, communicating, and implementing processes and practices to meet business needs.
