JOB SUMMARY
Responsible in assisting and supporting the plans, implementation, and directive of Organization Development and Talent Management systems and procedures.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in recommending, planning, and facilitating of company events which shall include the review and analyzation of the impact of activities and programs to employees and stakeholders.
- Facilitate respective heads in identifying critical needs and developmental needs required specifically per department.
- Shall assist in conduct training needs analysis and suggest strategies on how to deliver the training program.
- Facilitate in-house training programs and assist employees in registration, scheduling and enrollment in external trainings.
- Shall facilitate and monitor the annual performance review of employees.
- Monitor and assist heads for the assessment and screening for all employee movement such as regularization, promotions, re-alignment, or transfers.
- Responsible in ensuring that Company’s Organizational Chart is updated as scheduled.
- Develop career path strategy.
- Assist the Lead for OD and Talent Management in all programs to ensure its effectiveness in the organization.
- Any duties or responsibilities that maybe assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a four (4) year baccalaureate course in Human Resources Management, Psychology and/or other related courses
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years’ experience in Learning and Development, Organization Development and Performance Management
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in Canva or any other editing applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good public speaking skills
