We are looking for a Works Manager to join our Services Business Unit based at Phillipines.
Purpose of the job
Responsible for day to day project activities in the workshop and supervise workshop personal.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing the ways to achieve the company targets.
- Manage the man power allocation and supervise them in handling all the assigned jobs.
- To ensure all work in the workshop to be carried out in the most effective, economically and technically way.
- To ensure all work at the workshop is carried out according to the time frame.
- To provide technical support to workshop personal in the workshop and if required customer on site.
- To ensure all service and repairing work are within Sulzer quality.
- To assist the technicians for other matters relating to service & repair.
- Work together with the technicians and other team member as well as with other service centers in day to day operations to ensure smooth process flow.
- Ensuring that all necessary inspection and checks are completed and are acceptable
- To provide complete service report and technical support to the team.
- To ensure accuracy of documents for our projects in the workshop
- Experience in working to QESH systems and adhering to policy.
- Liaise with business partners.
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent degree.
- > 10 years work related experience mainly in repairing pump equipment
