Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant program
- CHRA is an advantage but not required
- At least 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in hiring accounting roles is highly desirable
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (twice a week onsite)
- Conduct sourcing and initial screening interviews and ensure both speed and quality of hires;
- Leverage all recruiting channels, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the right candidates;
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies, including the submission of pre-employment requirements of the new hires;
- Manage stakeholders in an effective way and work towards the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction;
