About The Job

In this role, you will lead product vertical(s) in driving sustainable business growth through developing long term growth strategy and short term impactful customer acquisition campaigns. You are also responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and supporting new customer acquisition. You will be a strong collaborator with the ability to get things done fast.

The Senior Specialist, Product Marketing Will Be Responsible For

  • Drive product marketing strategies to build awareness and reinforce Moneymax’s leadership for the product vertical(s)
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies (including promotion and campaign planning) to acquire new customers and grow the lifetime value of the customer base
  • Work closely with marketing, commercial and product teams, both locally and regionally, to ensure achievement of KPIs
  • Maintaining a pulse on marketplace and user acquisition trends to ensure our marketing activities remain relevant to the consumer and we are constantly optimizing our efforts
  • Manage multiple campaigns at any one time to achieve the best commercial results for Moneymax.
  • Manage all project timelines and provide regular reporting on sales, budget spend and ROI.
  • Act as main point of contact with the regional team across performance marketing, affiliates and partnerships, briefing them on promotions and campaigns for your product vertical
  • Manage direct marketing budget and all acquisition channels for your product vertical(s), optimizing to ensure they run cost efficiently and effectively
  • Lead all advertising efforts, from upper to lower marketing funnel, including reviewing proposals plus negotiating with local publishers and media providers
  • Own the development and roll-out of standardized reporting frameworks tools to assess category/vertical performance

In This Role, We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business or marketing
  • 3+ years of marketing and campaign experience, including campaign management and digital media planning experience
  • Experience in ecommerce, finance, banking, fintech or personal finance industries preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at any one time to achieve the best sales results
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
  • Solid understanding of media mix, digital marketing and CRM concepts
  • Strong analytic skills and understanding of digital ecosystems such as web analytics tools (Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (Facebook) and digital display marketing platforms (Google Ads)
  • Proven track record of running successful campaigns to drive conversion and optimizing towards campaign KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A relentless sense of responsibility and ownership in problem-solving
  • The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment and process new information on the go
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Incredible people skills and flair for working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties
