  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum academic qualification: College Graduates based on our specific role requirement.

• 6 to 10 years experience in the field.

• Continuous Process Improvement Experience

• System working knowledge required: Basic Computer Knowledge (Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, basic internet, and web-based applications).

• Language proficiency (English) - Good/ Excellent.

• Should possess good analytical skills, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Minitab.

• Certified Greenbelt/Blackbelt.

• Project management and design thinking practitioner.

• P&C Insurance experience.

• CX Transformation experience.

• Action and results-oriented, a self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality-focused focused, and adaptable.

• Willing to relocate to Iloilo City.

• Flexible with work arrangement - shifting schedules and work from the office

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identification of opportunities followed with project execution to meet the agreed targets with clients.

• LEAN Six Sigma and Digital Transformation Project mentoring.

• Build curated, market-leading transformation solutions for the client working with cross-functional teams (internal and external)

• Market research across best-in-class CX practices, contact center demands, evolving trends, etc.

• Adherence to internal protocol around project identification, execution, etc. through design thinking workshops, due diligence, re-imagining customer journeys, blueprinting activities, etc. keeping in mind customer effort reduction, improving straight-through processing, etc.

• Conduct Lean Six Sigma training.
