Grandline Buildia Services OPC is seeking a talented and experienced Construction Engineer/Architect to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a key member of our Civil/Structural Engineering team, you will play a vital role in the design, planning and delivery of our construction projects. What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects and other stakeholders to develop detailed construction plans and specifications
  • Oversee the implementation of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes and design specifications
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress and provide technical guidance to construction teams
  • Analyze data, prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and quality
  • Contribute to the development of innovative construction methods and technologies
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians within the team

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or engineering
