ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is actively looking for a Portfolio Analyst Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, have a sense of urgency, and be able to multitask to provide world-class customer service.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Track/facilitate transactions for internal and external customers accurately
  • Respond to all internal and external requests within 1 business day
  • Ensure there is an action plan to service the client for every request
  • Manage transactions based on the established service level agreements (SLA) and or key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Escalate transactions if there is a concern that the timeline will not be met
  • Generate end-of-lease termination documents accurately
  • Perform spreadsheet and operating system data entry/updates
  • Produce monthly ad-hoc reports
  • Relay necessary information in an efficient and timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field or relevant experience
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency to ensure timelines are being met
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing within and outside the organization
  • Highly organized and have a strong work ethic that drives results
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
