Responsibilities:
- Online Merchant Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative online strategies for merchant recruitment and incubation. Focus on digital channels to attract high-potential merchants and enhance the platform's reach.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external agencies, including educational institutions and BPO providers, to support and enrich merchant services and education.
- Localized Content Collaboration: Work with partners to develop tailored educational content for merchants, ensuring relevance to diverse market segments.
- Performance Analysis and Strategic Adjustments: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of online merchant acquisition strategies and partnership activities, modifying approaches for improved outcomes and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment of online merchant acquisition strategies with overall business objectives, collaborating with marketing, category and regional teams.
Minimum Qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development with a focus on online merchant acquisition and partnership management in the e-commerce industry.
- Expertise in Digital Business Development: Proven track record in developing and executing online business development strategies, particularly in e-commerce.
- Partnership Management: Strong experience in building and managing relationships with a variety of external partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use market data and analytics to drive strategic decisions in online merchant acquisition.
- Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working across different departments and with external partners.
