UAT Assistant Manager - will be part of the Workflow & Systems team. The key focus is to define and manage end to end User Acceptance Testing. You are responsible for building the User Acceptance Testing strategy, roadmap, detailed test design plans, execution, analysis and reporting through strong coordination with business & technology for various large scale transformation projects and systems across Data & Analytics division of LSEG. You would be working closely with project team, business, and technology to understand and execute as per the agreed scope, timelines, business outcome and success criteria.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Manage the projects, ensure coordinated efforts among members and open work environment, and collaborate with different teams.
- Engage in project planning sessions alongside team members to assess project requirements and estimate workload.
- Should have Excellent knowledge on SDLC, STLC and Bug life cycle.
- Align with both business and technical priorities while comprehending the requirements of customers.
- Ability to Provide estimates for testing efforts to Product/Test Managers. Should act as a point of contact for assigned projects, owning testing results, Test plans, etc.
- Define UAT plan, including objectives, scenarios, End to End (E2E) scope, efforts, test scripts, entry and exit criteria.
- Responsible for conducting a test plan review and acquiring test plan signoff.
- Coordinate development of test script(s) and test scenarios to ensure adequate test coverage and independent review of test scripts.
- Prepare Testing artifacts as needed, such as Test Plan, Test Strategy, Requirement traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Accountable for regular communication with business analyst, QA team, Release management team and development team.
- Triage reported defects from test team members and forward to program test lead for resolution.
- Supports migration & complex project launches across customer operations through strong collaborative relationships across matrixed functions using Salesforce, SAP, Siebel, Service Cloud.
- Closely work with the Release management team and adhere to the planned release schedule.
- Engage with project/programme teams to acquire knowledge on new enhancements and changes being delivered from through transformation project.
- Documents UAT results and provide daily or weekly status report for progress to communicate progress, risks, and issues.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss project status and any issues that may arise.
- Support business validation testing.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Lead to Cash (L2C) and Quote to Cash (Q2C) workflow on Salesforce
- SAP MRP
- Siebel
- Service Now
- DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Excellent Communication skills, Knowledge of software development lifecycle, MS Office, MS Projects and Power BI
- Proficiency in various testing methodologies and techniques, such as manual testing, automated testing, regression testing etc
- Experience in using and managing, reporting test progress tools like JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr.
- Working knowledge on some of the tools and process like Sales, Order management, Legal strategy group
- The ability to make decision, provide direction, manage stakeholders, influence outcome, identify risks/issues, share knowledge, collaborate, create content, and mentor testers.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding solution with customer focus which driving internal efficiency.
- Keep abreast of new testing tools and methodologies.
