CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Ensure 100% fulfillment of bookings and orders made on the PetPal Platform and eCommerce website
  • Main point of contact for answering customer queries on all social media channels and should be able to assist customers in booking transactions in the app
  • Act as the liaison between suppliers (vets and groomers) and customers regarding any concerns of the said parties
  • Act as a focal point of the business by providing products/services/information and resolving emerging problems the customers might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • Generates daily reports on fulfillment for both app and ecommerce performance
  • Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
  • Recommend new procedures to increase efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Oversee inventory management practices and improve as necessary
  • Ensure operational legal compliance

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop, manage and communicate information in a clear, organized, and highly persuasive manner
  • Ability to hold your own in meetings with various heads and C-suite representatives; and speak as a thought-leader and visionary in the creator economy space
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
  • Must have a mastery of using Google Workspace (particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets) in crafting stunning presentations and easy-to-comprehend reports pertinent to the project
  • Data-driven when making key decisions relevant to the partnerships

Desired Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business management or related field.
  • Highly trainable and preferably with Customer Service experience in a call center environment
  • eCommerce experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employee
  • Must own pets.
