Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Recruiter & Client Services Specialist to join our team. This role combines recruiting top caregivers with supporting families through placement and scheduling requests. The ideal candidate has a goal-oriented mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with people.

Work Hours:
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM HST (Hawaii Standard Time)
12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PHT (Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & Screen: Source, screen, and interview high-quality childcare providers.
Sales-Driven Outreach: Meet monthly recruitment targets through active outreach, networking, and community engagement.
Client Support & Scheduling: Handle family inquiries, assist with immediate and scheduled placements, and manage caregiver scheduling with a focus on upselling additional services.
Data & Metrics Tracking: Track recruitment and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure high satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in recruiting, customer service, or sales, ideally within childcare, family services, or hospitality.
Skills: Strong communication, detail orientation, and a results-driven mindset, with proven success in a fast-paced setting.
Tech: Familiarity with ATS and CRM software; proficient with social media sourcing.
