Key Responsibilities
- Create, set up, and configure new DocuSign accounts in collaboration with the vendor.
- Deliver outstanding support for DocuSign applications and associated services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and configure DocuSign templates to meet business needs.
- Ensure the timely delivery of configured DocuSign accounts to the business or requestor.
- Handle and resolve DocuSign-related issues, working with IT support or the vendor as necessary.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Experience:
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields are eligible.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in non-IT fields must have at least one year of relevant experience.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Weekly: 3 days On Site, 2 days Work From Home, Fixed Night Shift (8pm to 5am)
- Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Basic SQL, HTML Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, exposure to Adobe PDF.
