  • Develop and implement policies & action plans to resolve performance gaps and audit items
  • Stakeholder management: Address issues escalated and communicate any audit-related findings, etc.
  • Regular vendor visits for actual audit and immersion, if applicable
  • Ensuring the team is compliant with all GCash policies and processes and rally an “audit-ready” group
  • Continuous review and assessment of company internal controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Specialize in identifying risks in the organization’s work practices and implement methods to streamline/simplify processes while minimizing risks, driving standardization and plans for automation.
  • Provide advisory in reviewing business development project plans, change requests, and inquiries on processes, policies, and systems.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all compliance reports submitted externally and internally (Compliance reports, Board Audit Committee updates on new relevant regulations and compliance with these regulations).
  • Do gap analysis and design an action plan to immediately bridge the gap identified from Audit, Risk, and Compliance findings
  • Ensure alignment of standards and processes with the regulatory standards and requirements
