Job Summary: The Business Development Specialist will be Responsible for Identifying/Executing Business Development and Financial Requirement(s) Related to 'EaaS' (Everything As A Service) as well as Financial Solutions and Services. The incumbent will Perform Various Duties Including (But Not Limited to) Creating Basic Marketing Strategies and Strategic Initiatives Related to the EaaS Financial Solution. He/She will Help Build/Maintain Strong Relationships w/ Small/Medium Business Owners and; as a Result, Meet/Exceed Portfolio Growth Expansions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform various Duties Including (Not Limited To) Creating
Basic Marketing Strategies & Initiatives, Related to the 'EaaS'
Financial Solution (Everything As A Service)
• Solicit-Maintain EaaS Opportunities in the Small - Medium
Businesses (SMB) Vertical, and Maintain and Develop Strong
Re-Seller and Partner-Relationship(s) within the SMB Market
• Basic Negotiation of the Structure-Financial-Solutions - for
Client/s Both Internally_Externally - Work with And Influence
Designated Internal/External Client/s To Foster Relationships
that Result in Meeting and Exceeding Growth-Expectation(s)
• Demonstrate the Ability To Obtain New Business + Expand
Current Portfolio + Work Closely with Product Manager/s To
Close EaaS Solution(s) for their Product Line(s) - and Provide
Business Development, Including Pipeline Activity-Reporting
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree is Preferred (Related Field Or Study), But
• One(1) Year Related Work-Experience - BPO Setting and_or
Related-Environment And Scope of Support, Experience with
Outbound-Calling and_or Lead_Generation
• Basic Knowledge On: Sales Procedure(s) and Terminologies
• Intermediate Proficiency With Microsoft Office Tool(s) (with
Added Emphasis On Excel and Outlook), w/ Ability To Gather
Data, Compile-Information, Prepare Client_Specific_Report(s)
• Can Multitask Effectively, Work On Multiple Project/s at the
Same Time; Set Goals and Perform Function/s Independently
• Demonstrates Business-Communication Skills - with Strong
Customer-Service-Orientation & Able To Articulate Thoughts
and Maintain Positive Working Relationship(s) (using Existing
Communication Tools/Methods - i.e. Email, Chat, Phone, Etc.)
