Human Resources Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The job includes the management and implementation of the HR function such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning and Development and Employee and Industrial Relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development8
• Post-graduate degree or credits an advantage;
• 10+ years’ experience in HR function(s) with strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, hr metrics;
• People oriented and results driven;
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics;
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Willing to work in CALACA BATANGAS.
