Job Summary

The Global Network Specialist recruits, contracts, and manages ComPsych’ s network of EAP Counselors, Legal and Financial Advisors, and Health Coaches globally. This includes the strategic vendor management of Global EAP Partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and contract prospective providers for ComPsych’ s EAP, Legal, Financial and Health Coach networks
  • Negotiate provider’s rates while complying within ComPsych’s established guidelines and procedures in order to complete contracts.
  • Responsible for facilitating the global billing process with providers and partners. This includes investigation and resolution of billing and payment issues.
  • Respond in a timely manner to provider inquiries and to internal inquiries relating to the global provider network.
  • Resolve provider related complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the Provider data in the database is up to date and accurate
  • Review and reconcile provider utilization reports; correspond with providers and ComPsych departments to bring issues to resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of work experience
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong task management skills/ability to multitask
  • Ability to think outside of the box to problem solve global issues effectively
  • Experience working in Behavioral Health, EAP, or Provider Relations field a plus
  • Professional business experience preferred
  • Stable work history required
