Job Summary:
The In-House Recruiter will support the recruitment needs of our commercial real estate brokerage firm by sourcing, attracting, and vetting candidates for a variety of roles, including brokers, analysts, and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle job postings, conduct outreach, manage recruiting portals, and help build a strong talent pipeline for the firm.


Key Responsibilities:
Job Postings & Sourcing:
Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms to maximize visibility and reach for open roles.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for brokerage, analysis, administrative, and operational roles.
Regularly update and optimize job descriptions to reflect role requirements and the firm’s branding.
Candidate Outreach & Engagement:
Proactively reach out to potential candidates on LinkedIn and other networks to introduce open roles and engage passive talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects by engaging in networking events, career fairs, and industry-related activities.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive candidate interactions and promoting the company culture.
Resume Acquisition & Vetting:
Collect and review resumes for various roles, assessing candidates based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company’s needs.
Conduct initial phone screens and background checks to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with role requirements.
Present a shortlist of vetted candidates to hiring managers for further consideration and interview coordination.
Interview Coordination & Process Management:
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a streamlined experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain detailed candidate records and notes, keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire, and report regularly on recruitment activities.
Employer Branding & Process Improvement:
Collaborate with HR and Marketing to enhance employer brand through social media, job posts, and candidate experiences.
Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process, making recommendations for enhancements in outreach, selection, and candidate engagement.
Stay current on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in commercial real estate or professional services.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and interview processes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience recruiting for commercial real estate firms or similar industry experience.
Familiarity with real estate brokerage roles and industry talent needs.
Professional HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are a plus.
