We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team, primarily to support our Amazon listing creation and management. In this role, you will assist in crafting high-quality titles, descriptions, and bullet points for product listings, ensuring they are optimized for visibility, appeal, and sales conversion. Additionally, you will manage product setup and help troubleshoot and resolve any listing issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listing Creation: Write and edit optimized titles, descriptions, and bullet points to ensure products are accurately represented and optimized for search and sales.
Product Setup: Support the setup of products on Amazon, ensuring all necessary information is completed and aligns with best practices for listing quality.
Listing Issue Resolution: Work to identify and resolve listing issues that may impact product visibility, compliance, or performance.
Quality Assurance: Regularly review product listings for accuracy, keyword optimization, and content quality to maintain high standards.
Platform Assistance: Assist with product setup on Upgrade (or similar e-commerce platforms), ensuring consistency across all sales channels.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Amazon listing creation and management or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with Amazon's seller platform, keyword optimization, and e-commerce best practices.
Proficiency with tools and resources for keyword research, listing optimization, and competitive analysis is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot listing issues and coordinate with Amazon Support if needed.
