What You’ll Do:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth by optimizing listings, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring seamless daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
Daily/Weekly Tasks:
- Listing Creation & Optimization: Craft and enhance product listings to boost visibility and conversion rates.
- KPI Analysis: Monitor performance metrics for ASINs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Amazon Fees Management: Ensure accurate billing and explore ways to minimize costs.
- Sales & Ranking Strategies: Develop and execute tactics to improve product rankings and increase sales.
- Deal & Promotion Management: Manage coupons, discounts, and special deals to drive traffic and conversions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Account Health Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, manage FBA reach, and address reviews or suspensions.
- High Stock Analysis: Evaluate stock levels and plan actions accordingly.
- New Product Bundling: Identify and explore opportunities for new product bundles.
- Listing Fixes & Case Management: Address listing issues and manage Amazon support cases.
- Test Evaluations & Launches: Analyze test results and implement strategies to improve product performance.
- Communication: Regularly coordinate with PPC and marketing teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Amazon Seller Central Expertise: Proven experience is essential.
- Fluent in English: Strong communication skills.
- Listing Optimization & Amazon SEO: Deep understanding of keyword research, Amazon SEO, and listing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze KPIs and suggest actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC: Basic knowledge of advertising strategies to drive sales.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
