  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

WE ARE HIRING: FULL-TIME GUEST ASSOCIATE (STRICTLY WITH SERVICED ACCOMMODATION - GUEST SERVICES EXPERIENCE.)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in service accommodation, guest services, or property management is preferred.
  • Experience in taking phone calls as this role will coordinate with guests via calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other communication platforms for coordination.
  • Experience with booking.com and/or Airbnb.com and Guesty a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work during varying hours (UK hours)
  • Has internet speed minimum of 25 mbps
  • Has a quality laptop to use
