The Branch Operations Head (BOH) is responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch. This role ensures that all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily branch operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist the Branch Manager in preparing the Annual Budget and manpower planning reports.
- Manage the administration, control, and physical custody of all accountable forms.
- Ensure smooth operational efficiency of the Accounting, Clearing, Investment, Loan, and Foreign Sections of the Branch.
Key Proficiencies:
- In-depth knowledge of branch operations and policies, internal policies, audit systems, BSP/other agencies’ policies, administrative disciplinary rules and procedures, and MS Office Applications.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Keen attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Proactive orientation.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate with a major in Business or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in branch operations as a Bank Branch Officer.
