The HR Specialist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and other admin functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Assist in Job offer process which includes document keeping of employee records and job offer processing.
2. Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process.
3. Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- atleast 1year of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-Amenable to work in Makati.
