Job Description

Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to, the following:

• Ensure the effective management of the following teams of the Operations unit:
• Documentation and Custodianship, Middle Office, and Settlement, Processing and Reporting Ensure that settlement and booking procedures are properly implemented in accordance to existing policies and guidelines
• Act as an alternate authorizer and verifier to trades, deals and cash-related transactions in the system
• Ensure accurate and timely encoding of all transactions Ensure that there is proper and adequate support to the requirements of the Trust Company
• Ensure that systems and processes can handle servicing of clients such as releases of trade or investment confirmations, certifications, and other trade-related documents
• Act as custodian of all trust, investment management, and other fiduciary accounts and its related documents and accountable items Implement service level arrangements for clients and other units
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentary requirements for account opening and closing
• Ensure that accounting and reporting procedures are properly implemented in accordance to existing policies and guidelines
• Ensure that accounting entries generated by the trust system are validated and accurate
• Ensure that month-end balances in the ledger and schedule are balanced, validated and accurate
• Ensure that the delivery of reports to clients are timely and accurate
• Perform tasks assigned by the Board of Directors or President and Chief Executive Officer from time to time
