Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Assistant at E-ROC COMMERCE PHILIPPINES, OPC located in Makati. The HR & Admin Assistant will handle human resources tasks, provide executive administrative assistance, perform general administrative duties, and communicate with internal and external clients.
· Overseeing the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, and coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed.
· Aiding in the recruitment process, conducting initial interviews, and verifying references.
· Facilitating onboarding procedures, including configuring workstations and establishing company email accounts.
· Participating in the resolution of employee grievances and complaints.
· Contributing to the creation and execution of human resource policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) skills, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
