Job Description:

  • Responsible for devising and implementing overall Franchise program and relations.
  • Develop and improve Franchise agreements, terms, contracts, and other related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current franchisees.
  • Ensures the alignment of branding, marketing, and procedures of franchisees to the branding and goals of the company.
  • Conduct research regarding the franchise industry and develop strategic plans to grow the franchise business.
  • Conduct feasibility study (e.g. location analysis, profit & loss assessment, competitor analysis) for renting/ acquisition of new establishments.
  • Management of all necessary regulatory matters/correspondence for Store Branch Expansion and Franchising.
  • Handle communications, concerns, and queries from potential and current franchisees.
  • Coordinate with different departments such as Construction, Marketing, Human Resources, and Training and development for update for franchisees.

Job Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be a bachelor's degree graduate with any business, sales, or Marketing-related courses.
  • Must have experience in Site selection and store/site network development and franchising for at least 2-years and up
  • Must have a background in service and/or food beverage restaurants or convenience store retailing industries.
  • Must be good in Negotiation
  • Has good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Availability to work in an on-call setup.
